I ran 14.3 last time i went to the track. I had 2.1 60 ft's. Now i'll be using m/t slicks and a 75 shot of nitrous. What you think i can do?

This is in a 90 crx si with a b18b and bolt ons with pr3 pistons.

13.2 or 13.3 is my guess

 

12.99 is my goal.

chromoly rings
act 6 puck clutch
slicks
zex 75 shot
jdm itr header
2.5 inch exhaust
iceman intake.

 

well i used it yesterday and it pulled like nothing i've ever seen. would do easy 12 seconds. but i made it to the end of 3rd and melted a hole through number 4 piston. any idea's? i was on 91 octane gas.

 

Did you retard the timing? Use colder plugs? Increase fuel pressure?

 

So much for the 12's , eh? Sorry to hear about it. You did not mention what engine management you are (were) using. If I was going to spray , I would definitely tune the A/F on the dyno before I blasted through the gears.
