Not much. Have you ever held an OEM fender? It feels like a peice of tin foil.

IMO - CF fenders are for the bling effect.

CF fenders save you, maybe, 2 pounds per side. Now if you can justify $1400 for 4 pounds of weight savings, I'd like to hear it.
