Default Please help me with my cam setup choice.

I know this question has been asked by everyone and their grandmother, but I still wanna ask this. What cams should I run for my setup? I was thinking of ef-1 M21's or M22's, Toda B's, or really really interested in Skunk2 stage 2's. Would these cams even help me, or should I stick to smaller profile, less aggressive cams. My setup being slowly built is as follows:

OBD-1 B18C1 motor (daily driver):
AEM CAI
Type-R throttle body
Skunk2 Intake manifold
AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator
ef-1 valvetrain
AEM cam gears
milled head
JDM ITR pistons
JDM DC Sports stainless 4-1 header
Custom exhaust
Compression should be about 11.7:1 on 91 octane fuel and should be tuned with my VAFC. I'm in search of 200 whp. Any input would help.

I have experience in 2 of the 4 cams you listed.

As for skunk2: Great for high end power (once vtec engages)

As for Toda B: Awesome midrange power. (before vtec engages)

I am currently running the Toda Bs and am pretty content with them. I have heard alot of good things about EF-1 cams and might consider trying them out someday.

I think you should guinea pig the ef-1 cams for us bro. Haven't heard enough about them yet. I've been on Crower 63403s for a couple years & CTR before that. I've been very happy with the Crower's and have seen excellent results with skunk cams firsthand, either would benefit your setup with proper tuning of course.
