When I turn the key, I just hear a click but it doesn't turn over and start until I pump the clutch once or twice, then it starts right away. Could it be the clutch sensor gone bad or damaged some how? What are some other possible causes?

 

I take it you have the clutch depressed as you are trying to start it (because you have to). Yeah I would check the switch on the clutch pedal to make sure it isn't sticking or something.,..

You can do a quick check of that by taking the connector off the switch and jump the terminals to bypass the switch. You will NOT need to depress the clutch at this point ... so BE VERY CAREFUL that you do NOT have it in gear. If the car starts up normally ... then you can be sure the switch is bad.

I am NOT trying to make you look stupid here ... but you do NOT have your floor mats crunched up under the pedals ... do you? We see this more often then not in the dealership. The mat does not let the person push the pedal down like it should be and will cause it to have a no start problem also. Just something to think about.
