Heres the deal I've got the chance to get some stage I cams for a good deal, but I've really wanted to get the stage II. My question is what is the difference between the two, and if anyone has stage I are you happy with them or do you wish you had stage II. I plan on getting an upgraded vavetrain, raising the compression, and getting a programmed ecu that raises the red line to 9k. Any help would be great thanks.
i currently am running stage 1 cams in my b16a with stock valvetrain and str cam gears. perfect idles and that make a huge difference i love my cams. i am up grading to a b18c with stage 2 cams here pretty soon so i will get back to you on that.

I love my stage 1's. They put down 200whp no problem in a 1.8 and if you are looking for more power go with the 3's.

if you are under 11.5 cr stay with stage 1
i know someone that lost like 3 hp from stage 2 to stage 1 on his jdm itr with ported head, smsp header, and hondata
unless you are 2.0l or 12.0+ cr:
then stay with stage 1's
