Since I got my accord, my door locks always acted odd. I have a DEI keyless entry system (which was on the car when I got it). If I locked the door with the remote or using the rocker switch it would try to lock it 2 or 3 times. This morning, I was going to work and it locked then grinded. It sounds like the starter grind on a running car (really loud ). I pulled the fuse on it to keep it from grinding. Would it be a solenoid of some type? How much do you think it would be for parts?

I've been spoiled by PDL and now it sucks not to have them

 

i was about to ask the same question. i have a similar problem. its like my power locks are posessed. it turn the key to lock them and after i walk away they keep trying to lock like 5-6 times
