Default Need Advice on going Turbo or N/A+NX route...

I was originally going to with a P&P'd head, cams, Nitrous and other stuff but......

i have the parts that i want/need in a Excel workbook and well lets just say so far with just the head, cams, cam gears, gauges, NX kit and genx2 upgrade and remote bottle opener and some other needed items, the whole setup is costing me already the price of a nice turbo kit and theres still more prices i need to get/fill in

i also have a goal...to one day build the motor and go turbo....

but im taking a look at what its costing me so far and im thinking i might ditch that setup and buy a turbo kit, clutch and maybe a EMS(AEM or Hondata)and fuel system stuff

ok i was sitting down and thinking about it and i broke it down like this in my head:

N/A / NX route:

PROS:
a bit more reliable than turbo
hope to have ~250whp+ on the bottle
will still have some nice #'s off the bottle
dont have to worry about my ringlands going
this will probally be better for daily driving
CONS:
~250whp+ ONLY on the bottle
im a HP junkie...must have HP all the time
refilling the bottle is gonna cost me

Turbo Kit/Fuel System/Clutch/FW/EMS

PROS:
BOV
(we all know we buy turbo kits for the sound )
hoping to get ~230whp...
nice torque #'s
intercooler in octane front bumper =
build the motor and crank up the boost(near infinite power increase )
CONS:
maintenance is very high(i have no problem looking over my engine everyday)
turbo lag
worried about ringlands and longevity of stock internals
worried about tuning...if the tuner ****s up...ringlands go or even worse....new bottom end
reliability is not that great if at all

so theres my dilemma....

i need some advice here...

i want to go turbo soooo bad and i do intend on building the motor when funds permit
but i also dont want to have to rebuild my bottom end before i can come up with the money to fully build the motor

if i do go the turbo kit way....i will have it 6-7psi MAX
so what does everyone think would be better to do???

Sorry for the long post
I also have another question about EMS which will be asked below

ok now for that question

say i were to go turbo....this is what i would get...

a turbo kit(revhard maybe)
clutch/flywheel
fuel system stuff???(yes or no???)

and this is the question....would i/the tuner be able to tune the turbo the best if i were to get a EMS such as an AEM or Hondata???
Please state why the EMS route would be a good or bad idea so early in this stage of the game???
and add anything else i would need

TIA

if you have the knowledge and exp to do most of the work yourself, as well as the cash and a good workspace, go turbo. you might want to look at a beater too.

if you dont have those things, go with mild NA/Nitrous

at least...this is how i looked at it. I have very little exp working on cars, i get better every day, but I cant expect myself to babysit an aftermarket turbo kit every day. I think i will just get a supra after my prelude

for the money, go turbo; you won't regret it!

I figure that Im safe right now with just 22O to the wheels. Since I only have one car I decided to build a shortblock before I went out and hit 25O. There are three things that I always try to follow when building my car
1. Do it right the first time. Buy the best mods, reinforce the weak areas of the car before you break them, and make sure that the mods work well together.
2. Never settle. It is more cost efficient to buy what you want right away than to buy stuff that youll have to sell in favor of what you really want.
3. KSSS, It is easy to make big numbers reliably, so dont make it hard. All it takes is money, research, and know how.
