81 mph in the 1/8th is pretty quick-9.3 isn't though.. did you have traction issues? what was your tire pressure at? curious

81 mph trap in the 1/8th mile shows that you have the power. Just work on shifting fast and getting off the line as fast as possible. Drive it like you stole it and you're being chased by the cops .

yeah if you knew your 60' times that would help. I usually run around a 15 flat @ ~93 w/ 2.3-2.4 60' in the 1/4, and my 1/8 is usually 9.7 @ ~73, so 81 mph in the 1/8 is definitely good.

This explains the problem. First off 38psi in the front tires is awful for racing. You should be in the area of 20-25 on street tires. Also, get some 15's if your into racing and want your times to drop. I say if you get some 15's and drop the psi in the front then you should be able to land 8's in the 1/8 and some 13 sec. timeslips in the 1/4. Keep us up to date. Your trap speed definately shows your car has a ton of potential. What was your 60ft time?

I ran an 8.8 @ 82 in 95 degree heat, my setup was b20 vtec, gsr tranny in a dc2 . I made 226/189 6.5 psi. My run was on nitto drags, your mph is good seems like you just need to hook up. Get 2" 15' wheels w/drag radials and mount those when you go to the track. You mph is good for 8's though

Btw your #'s seem low(212), but then again it is the greddy kit Have you considered gettign something bigger that will produce more power? Drag/Revhard kits generally make 250-270 range on 7 psi
