what up h/t...quick question...when i start my car, i hear a funny noise coming from the upper left corner of the engine by the abs system thingy...it sounds like something is vibrating VERY LOUDLY...what the hell is it b/c it's annoying...thanx in advance peps...

Sounds like ABS pump noise. You should be able to hear it but if its louder than normal, it could be a bad pump. I hope you're still under warranty.

 

nope...not under any type of warranty...what's the problem with this damn thing...it's kinda noisy!!!

 

Normal ABS system noise....pump is pressurizing the system. It should only last about 3 seconds or so. If it lasts any longer, it is low on fluid, or there is a leak in the modulator---very expensive. If you brake to the point that the ABS engages, you will briefly hear the noise again after you stop.
