Integra and whp numbers.

I keep running this figure through my head but it just doesnt make since. 95 GSR's running 8psi make approx 250 WHEEL hp they say? Is this really wheel hp or is it just crank hp? 250 whp = how much crank power. Sorry for my n00b intelligence.

ya.. im guessin the 250 is crank hp

so figure 220-230 at the wheels
