Car pulls like Crazy!
Depending on the surface the whole car will get thrown in any direction it chooses. On a flat road it drives straight but a road that is grooved will drift the car real sharp into any direction.
Car has been like this for a while but its been progressivly getting worse, just took it in for alignment to my freind which told me the alignment was off a lot but the Rack is probably going, Is this true?
Any Ideas? Thanks

i hope the alignment shop would check your tie rods and ball joint b/4 aligning the car. i know the place i go to turns me away if he sees something that needs to be replaced...if i were you i'd go back to the shop and get it re-aligned...good luck

yes they do but not that much
like he says the car goes acording to grove on the road
and the car is not supposed to do that all the time
thats why he should check ball joints and rack and pinnion
best thing is to lift the the front of the car
and wiggle the tire
up-down
left right
and check if anything is loose or has to much play

Its not a tie rod or a ball joint, we checked them out first. The alignment was done but no luck. How much are new racks? remanned ones any good? Either way, The mechanics told me it was a bitch to do... Labor is gonna be thru the roof. Let me know some sights,
Thanks bros
Thanks bros
I only have that problem with i am driving slow. For example, slowing down for a stoplight in a well traveled intersection with ruts. I just assumed it was because of the power steering being enguaged at slow speeds.
