most whp on stock compression(b18c1)
how is a stock b18c1 block without stock compression still considered a stock block?
are you referring to a thinner head gasket for a little bump? assuming that its a usdm motor (c1) .... i'm under the impression that a stock block yeilds that it is a block that has not been touched either for reinforcement or modification....

A block could be stock with higher compression by milling the head and/or using a thinner headgasket. That is what he probably means, all headwork, no bottom end work.

im making 182/131 on a stock jdm gsr block. no milling or thin headgasket. I do believe 200+ is possible with milling and headwork
200whp is possible on stock or near stock compression....most poeple do not build there motors effectively enough to reach this on stock compression though...most people piece together there motor over time....doesnt always work out too well

you can molest the head and not mess with compression(static at least) you should have specified bolt ons.
