This has been covered MANY, MANY, times before. You dont need to buy a new clutch cable. Just UNBOLT the bracket ( 2-12mm bolts), adjust the threaded **** all the way loose (up), put the cable in the bracket first, then attach to the tranny lever, then RE-BOLT the clutch cable bracket back up. Then adjust the threaded **** as necessary.
I'd rather see you spend money on the right throttle cable instead, ( so it pulls your throttle 100%) rather than wasting your money on a clutch cable that is not needed.
I've done countless number of Bseries swaps into EF's and NEVER had to replace the CLUTCH cable.

I never changed the clutch cable on a ZC swap, Z6 swap, B16 or my ls-vtec. It will work. With my Xtreme p-p I had to use the cherry picker hook on the lever to pull it up so I could get the end in the lever
i have tried both the stock clutch cable in my Std. and the cable from the wrecked 92 gs-r that I bought, and *BOTH* are too short. i'm going to go outside right now and unbolt the bracket and try it that way, but i don't think it's going to work...

Amen, I agree here. I just swapped mine and everything but the throttle cable swaps over. A buddy gave me his. I bolted that in no issues and away I go. Lot's of small stuff to get in your way. clutch cable does not need to be replaced. I have full clutch and flywheel replaced and still no issues. All that I did was put more slack in the cable and was able to thread it through. Then tightened it back up. Way to easy. Took 3 seconds to install. No bolts were harmed during this process. he he he.
