Are these injectors still usable?

Are these injectors still usable?
Got them overnight from FedEx and this is what i found. Notice the ends where there are supposed to be caps. One is completely missing and one is cracked. Are these still usable?

My injectors look exactly like yours (condition wise). I've ran them for 3k miles and i haven't had any problems or felt/seen any performance loss.

when a friend of mine sent his injectors to RC to be cleaned one had a crack in one of those caps (nothing quite as bad, just a crack) and they said it would be just fine.

All 4 of mine have hairline cracks. They seem to be working fine. I'm not sure about yours though. I'm guessing that stuff is insulating material, and w/o it the tip might get really hot and cause problems.
