Aircraft Stripper to remove sparyed paint on my wheels...overkill?
A while back, I wanted to see what a set of rims of mine would look like if it were gunmetal, so I sprayed them gunmetal with the wheel spray that can be found at any auto parts store. Now that I want to take that off, should I be using aircraft stripper or will normal paint remover be just fine? I ask because after reading horror stories like this one https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=563683, I'd rather only use air craft stripper as a last resort. Has anyone sprayed their wheels and then removed the paint? How did you? Also, if I do decide to use the aircraft stripper, will it eat through my tires, masking tape, or the stickers on the wheels?
Here's a picture of the wheels, I want to take the paint off only the inner lip, and I don't want the stickers to be eaten, or the tires, etc.....
I appreciate any and all advice/help, thanks!

You'll be fine using the aircraft stripper on your wheels and tires. You'll be scrubbing your wheels for a week if you use normal paint remover. Just spray the aircraft stripper on, wait a couple minutes, and spray it off with a hose. It never has to get near your skin. I've used that stuff to polish the wheels on my Yamaha, and had the aircraft stripper all over the tires and it did nothing.
