Anybody out there have a Clutchmasters Stage 3 that they use for street driving? Hows it feel?

I have somebody willing to trade me a CM stg 3 and Fidanza Flywheel for my GSR stocks... thinking about doing it since I'm going turbo in a few months ... should I?

If it was an ACT I'd say go for it. I would personally never buy a clutchmasters clutch ever again! They suck cause mine lasted only a year! Went with ACT and I've had my Teg running strong for 4 years with it!

 

I have a CM Stage 3 clutch right now. I love it. I catch 1st-5th when I get on it, and I can catch 5th by dropping the clutch. However, when it's time to upgrade I'm going with something else due to CM's very high pricing.

Look into Action Clutches. They are starting to become big in hondas, and they are used on many drag cars. Plus, you cant beat $270 for a strip clutch kit

EDIT: As far as the feel, you can hardly tell it's not stock. In fact, some of my friends think its softer than stock, but the engagement is only aobut half way where the stock is almost all the way when.

 

I have the same setup in my gsr. A cm stg3 with fidanza flywheel. I like it alot, especially the flywheel. The clutch is nice. I thought it would be complete overkill but it really works well. Picked both up for cheap. Are you talking about trading used clutches?
