kinda torn between two options. go with a set of eagle rods with arp 2000 bolts, so match my srp pistons *i know i know, read on* and benson block. my goals for hp are high, so i already know i will be buying new pistons, (cp of course) but money is a huge issue right now, and i want to get the car rolling. its not going to be boosted for a little while, i have alot of things in my life that need attending to before i can do this.

poll is whether or not i should get a set of eagle rods with the arp 2000 bolts, and then upgrade to some full race bumpsticks when i get my cp pistons.i dont mine that i have to rip the block back open, as i plan on upgrading the full valvetrain down the road.

but if not it does not make sense double paying the job..

 

so are you asking if you should go ahead and get the rods now or wait till later im confused but if thats the ? then i would do it now..
