SI / Type R tranny - same part #'s for gears?

I'm curious, I know they both have the same gear ratio - but is the part # identical? Meaning it's the same gear?

i heard itr trannys have better synchros. dont know if its true or not though.

The trannies have the same ratios, but the final drive makes the gears different... It is true that the ITR tranny has upgraded syncros...

The ITR tranny is essentially just a B16 tranny with better final drive, upgraded syncros and shift forks, and factory LSD...
