Can i run a jdm b16a 1st gen head on my B18C1 Short Block?

guys..
there's a guy selling me a Alaniz B16a Head that's been milled .030 and has rewelded comb chambers, can i use that on my short block that has jdm itr pistons w/o any issues?

why should he port the GSR head/ when the b16 is already ported by a reputable place, and dyno charts have proven that ported b16 heads flow better than ported gsr heads.
slap some high compression pistons in the c1 bottom end/ and get some ITR cams.. hello ITR motor.
