Considering Buying an R... Best place to get a loan
http://www.peoplefirst.com is another one.
FYI, a lot of the banks won't give you full loan amount on an ITR. 'cuz the book value is usually a lot lower than the street price.
And, used car loan interest rates aren't that great. Only take out what you need, otherwise, you'll end up paying the bank/loan agency a lot of extra money. G'luck.

I got mine from a local CITI bank. I took out asecured loan, so i get a lower interest rate than a personal loan will yield you! Secured is the way to go if you have money to play with

I got mine loan from them at a 5.3 interest rate. It was really quick and to the point.

Most of them you have to hav elike 2 years of credit which i dont have. Is there any place that you dont need credit. or something
No one is going to give you a loan with no credit or anything. YOu'll need a cosigner, like a parent/guardian/relative that is willing to help.
Like I said earlier, in all seriousness, if you are 18 like your profile says you are:
Ask your parents for advice/help.

you will not get a loan without credit. credit determines your interest rates. Therefore the better credit your parents have the lower the interest rate.
The joy of being in a capitalistic world.
1. No money -> Can't build credit
2. No credit -> Can't borrow money
Usually, many private colleges or goverment jobs will have credit union for the employees/students/workers.
