Default engine bad!! is cylinder head OK??

well I had thought that I spun a bearing on #4 piston, but today I took my head off because I am going to be running a b20 bottom end until this one is fixed and I saw that the top of the piston was cracked and broke with the ring sticking out. basicaly the ring land is totally exposed at parts. Now I also realized that the cylinder there has a really decent imprint of the head. so obviously the piston was bouncing off the head, maybe that was the knocking I had thought was my bearing.

Any way the cylinder head has some some scars left over from wear the opiston was bouncing off of it. The sealing area of the head is fine but just wear the piston would be has some scars and dents. the head is straight and I know I need to get it milled but I dont have the money or time right now, not to mention the fight with the machine shop about why my wrist pin came loose. I cant mill becasue I am using big cams witha stock b20 bottom and I dont want clearances any tighter than they already are. any way what do ya think?
