Problems starting my car
Just recently started having problems starting my car. When I push the clutch all the way in and twist my key, it gives that clicking sound and nothing happens. It sounds exactly like when the clutch is not pressed in, but in fact my clutch is pushed all the way in. It takes a couple of tries to start my car. It seems like the colder the weather the worse it gets. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.
It starts after a couple of tries. First couple of times, it's exactly like your clutch is not fully pressed in and the car does nothing.

Jumper it & see if the problem goes away.
i had this same prob in my LS... check the battery posts to see if they are corroded... if they are, even though you may have the cluster lights turn on, they are not supplying power when you try to start it up and you'll hear clicks... cleaned mine off, problem solved... gl...

Mine hasn't broken, so I'm kinda vague. But it has to have some kind of bracket holding it in place, and if that's bent, it won't work right.

I just read integra-modder's post below. The low, obvious one is set for when you first touch the clutch pedal? That must be to disengage the cruise control. That's got nothing to do with your problem.
You're looking for the high one that's hard to get at.

Its practically impossible to bend the bracket holding in the clutch switch since it is a non moving piece of metal. I installed 3 alarms on integras so I know its a pretty good piece. There are two of them, a high side and and a low side. The low side one is really obviously seen if you stick your head under the kick panel area. The high side (switch when clutch is fully disengaged), is way up top, very hard to get to. You have to do a lot of "feel and pull" type of stuff to even disconnect the wires from the switch... If you need any more info, I can grab a picture from the helms.
