Throttle Cable on Throttle body

Hey i just got a Edlebrock (however u spell it) 65mm Throttle body and i was wonderind does anyone know how to set the throttle cable just right so its not to stiff and not to loose??

Just move the two nuts on the throttle cable bracket until it's just right
