Default ideas?

sup guys i'm from the darkside, and it has really been dark for me. got my turbo on since november and still not up to per yet. i was calculating and still need to spend big dallors to continue.

now leaning torwards all motor just stock with bolt on, not worry about emission. now i have 9:1 piston, would it be good to go 11:1 pistons in my 98 gsr. if i was to go all motor my plan is to get 200-210 whp. how would i do so with my gsr motor? 93 octane but i'm still doing pros and cons off to continue or not.

If you already have the boost kit on your car, just stick with FI. Switching to NA, now, is going to cost a bundle, especially if 210 is your goal.

yeah! unless you sell your turbo kit! in a gzr you could get ctr pistons and a ported head and some jun cams and well there went your money! you still need tuning, if you can install it yourself great! but if you can't money on a rebuild, then you might break 200 my cousins jdm itr with about the same set up made 210 so it can be possible! good luck

yeah pretty much... unless you find some smoking deals... but you'd still need 11.5:1, cams, gears, Hondata, headwork, etc... 200 out of a B18 isn't that hard, but it will take some cash.

should be better, but not for boost. I guess the bottom line is really up to you- If you want to run FI or not, and then proceeding from there.

11.5:1 is much better than stock, obviously.

but you said 200-210 whp is your goal it will take 12:1 or higher unless you want to mill your head 30 thousandths to compensate? not alot of people make 210 easily out of a 1.8 believe me. People make it sound alot easier then it really is!
