victory taillight dance??

hey i remember about 2 years ago seeing a website that showed you how to make your hazards or a regular switch do a 'victory dance'. does anyone else remember this??? tia

i just thought it looked cool back in the day. would be pretty cool to have on while just sitting at a chill spot.
