first gen b16 intake, exhaust, and spoon vtec controller. I've heard that it doesn't adjust any of the fuel or timing maps when you adjust the vtec engagement point. What can I also add w/out going out and buying a VAFC? Should I get an a/f gauge to see what it's doing? I'm not going to waste money on a gauge unless i need to. Adj. Fuel pressure reg?

if you adjust VTEC and not the fuel/timing... you're just wasting your efforts. I'd get a VAFC -mininum- if you're going to screw around with VTEC settings. Otherwise you can do more harm than good...

 

yes but since i already spent the $ on the spoon one, is there something else i can do to help it out a little adj. fpr? i have it set @ 4800 rpm and it helps...
