Default H . I . D Lights, need a little help.

I need help, i recently installed the H.I.D. Lights in my car. I think when I washed my car, some water leaked in and now 1 side of the H.I.D lights will not work, could you guys help me out and see what might be the problem, and how much to fix?? Need Help, Thankk you guys

Check your fuses.

Dont' know what kit u have ...but a little water from rain/carwash etc, should not effect/damage the HID kit. You might have a blown fuse. Remember to upgrade your fuse 5amps above the stock rating to compensate for boot up voltage surge.

I'm knew to this, someone said that it might be the BALLAST???? anyone heard of that?? um, what could i do if itz the fuse??? please help.
