I have had these HID's for two years now and have never had a problem till just last week the fuses for these lights keep blowing out and I dont no why. Everytime I put them in they blow out. Its a 10amp fuse should i try a higher amperage? Please help

 

Remove them from the chassis if they directly touch the metal anywhere and retest. You should never put in a higher rated fuse, ever.
If the ground to chassis is not the issue then you have a faulty ballast.
