Default good buy?

my friend wants to purchase an integra, he has a 2001 sentra right now and he wants to trade it in ... he is getting roughly around 8k for the car and the rest he pays in cash ... the GSR is $17995 29K miles, and we are getting it $16800 out the door ... is this a good buy??

edit: 2001 Acura GSR

I think that is a little high, check the value on http://www.NADA.com

edit: 16,800 out the door, isn't too bad.

Tell your friend to save a little bit more money and he can get a Type R. They can be had for cheap nowadays.

24 is really high for a Type-R. Thats close to what they were new. You can find Rs with around 30k miles on them usually for about $18k.
