Default 2.5 Exhausts

I had originally planned on purchasing a SMSP exhaust to match up with my header Dave is making. Unfortunately, Dave won't be putting out his exhausts anytime soon and I'm going to need an exhaust to matchup with my header/cat.

Off hand... the only companies I know who put out 2.5 exhaust is Hytech, SMSP, and T1R. Anyone have any suggestions...?

I believe Dave is still offering his cat.-back as a component setup that requires assembly and welding, so that could be one option. Another would be to find a custom shop that does mandrel bends and have them make you a system. Third would be to purchase a piping kit and components from AccordinglyDone.com and have it welded and installed. All three would result in an excellent system depending on which muffler and resonator/s you choose, and where the installation is done.

Good mandrel bends and fitment have not been easy to find over the years, at least not for me. I finally found a good custom exhaust shop to do it, but it was very pricey, and then I moved. I would get Dave's kit, and have someone weld and install it. If you do get someone to fab it, check out examples of their work first. Preferably get someone who specializes in custom and/or race cars, not just the local muffler shop.

I think the RSR is 60mm piping like most other exhausts. Not sure though, could use bigger piping for the R.
Fujitsubo is also really nice. I would talk to KTeller8 about his system. Looks great, and won't break your wallet..

Didn't someone post up a website a while back that sold mandural bent kits for seveal cars including the ITR? I think its was really cheap, but I can find the website.

Thanks for the help guys:
Yes we still do ITR piping, just like in the thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=511326

as well as a few others on here have ordered it also:

We can do them in 2.25-2.5 or 3"

http://www.Accordinglydone.com/store

you can choose from a few different options, add in testpipes, high flow cats, 14, 18, 22" Resonators, Es Oval Style mufflers, etc..

if you have any questions at all, i mean any... feel free to email me at Mkteller8@aol.com and ill do everything in my power to get your answers ASAP.

These are slip fit design and would require a minimal amount of welding: basically, the front flange a 2 or 3 bolt *if you need a certain one, list it in the comment section*, and the hangers would be welded in during your install: having those done there, allows accurate placment as well as that assurance of nothing going to rub and hit:
