Do you have to wire up the factory city light for the JDM CTR headlights or does it come with a harness that you just plug in?

 

u have to wire it up... to my knowledge... i took out one wire the other day from the blinkers so the bulb will only light up when it blinks... even when the headlights are on the bulb is not on unless blinking... i am *guessing* u can wire this up as a city light some how

 

oh... and that wire was the middle one of the three...
