how do i get the fuel filter off a 95 accord??
ok, so after hours of wrestling w/ this dammed accord, i give up. how in the hell do you take the fuel filter outta this piece of crap??? if u hought the fuel pump was hard... try gettin at the friggin fuel filter... the pump was a damm bitch, all honda had to do was jig out a friggin hole in the trunk next to the fuel sender... but noooo...
so is there an easy way, or can someone explain how to do it??

According to HONDA themselves ... the fuel filter under the hood on the 1995 and up cars is LIFETIME and does not require changing ... UNLESS ... you have a specific problem with it.
It takes a contortionist to replace that. You need extensions and a crowsfoot socket to get the line off. It is a general PITA. I have changed a few in my days and it ain't no fun. If you are just changing it to change it ... do yourself a favor and leave well enough alone.

well, i called honda and they told me the same thing, that its a lifetime filter deal..... but i already have the filter so ima just give them some money and have them change it out, and gimmie the old one so i can see how dirty it is.

Honda says that the 95 and up is lifetime ... BUT ... there is no difference in the 94 ... so we do not change those either at our dealership.
