well my CV boot ripped on the driver side axle and i guess i wasnt quick enough to fix it. (tried to do it today, but thats another long story)!! Well its bad and and it sounds like someone is sledge hammering my drivetrain while drivvng.
Where can i get some aftermarket axles I just needthe drivers, but im guessing you just cant buy one! Thanks for the help.

You can just go down to NAPA order one. Then it comes in. Most of them have lifetime warranty. Not the best quality but free ones for life

 

yeah my boot fucked up too so i went to napa and bought one for like 60 bucks but they make u pay that core charge b.s. so you bring in your old one. but i did it all in one day, so it was cool...

 

don't go with a Napa if you have an LSD! My brother learned this lesson. The honda dealership here was to replace his axel with a Honda one (or so we thought). The parts guy got a Napa one... all "fine and dandy" with the lifetime warrenty *FOR THE AXLE ITS SELF*. Long story short, the axle broke, chewed up the gear side of the main section of his Quiafe, causing $450 to the LSD its self and requiring a new axle + the labor. Obviously since it was the shop's fault for using that axle the labor was covered, and the Honda shop is trying to get Napa to cover the LSD damage and such since it was their crappy *** axle that broke

 

napa have better reimburse them.. it is their product after all... **** if that happened to mine, i would def have something done about it.. but i havent had a problem so far....
