With bars, and I believe he was on 26's wene he ran that 10.28. He put the 24's on and ran consistent 10.40's@140mph.

yes. the 10.28 was on wheelie bars and 26's, but still not too shabby, for shitty track prep and hot assssss AZ weather... He did run consistent 10.40's on the 24's tho....

Although not a low 10, on my first pass out I was able to muster 10.66 @ 133 in my ride at the IDRC event last week here in Colorado. Lookin to go faster!! I plan to get rid of the 22" slicks, possibly use an LS transmission (I was in 5th gear), and look at a LSD unit.

Outstanding work to those who have managed low 10s and even 9s with street driven Hondas.

That is a good time. I would think once you get the bigger slicks, you don't have to switch to a ls trans. Most fast cars around actually use a b16 trans I believe. Good luck to getting better times.

What Ronnie said, bigger slicks will make your gearing longer and depending on what your redline is you will stay in 4th gear up to 140mph with a 9k redline with an Si tranny and with a GSR slightly higher. An LS tranny will be very very long with BIG slicks and believe you may actually stay in 3rd or possibly jut getting into 4th at theend of the 1/4

He used to have a fuel cell, now he has the stock back in. How does it make him a dick for calling a car a race car with wheelie bars? He just stated his opinion about the wheelie bars. Good times regardless though.

Street cars drive around on the street, dont they? Your so mature to call people names, At what age are you going to grow up? Haters.

thanks for all the props guys, we did the best we could at a not very well prepped track. Represented imports for sure. This was an import vrs domestics race. We lost to a 9.9 second javelin, but thats o.k. . With worn out tires our sixty foot times were horrible, with weelie bars 1.78 and weve gotten 1.59 without the bars. We hope to see you out at more events in the future everyone. We are looking forward to going to the east coast, and hear the tacks are great. all you East coast guys, when you come to the west you will see how rotten our tracks are.we are jealouse... once again thanks for the props guys.
Paul, PowerXtreme
