Default headlight adjustment

I want to collect some info before adjusting my headlights on my 95 integra. For Vertical aim adjustment, Is it just turning it CLOCKWISE with a philips screw for UPward aiming? Does it apply for both L and R headlight? or turning the L side is opposite of turning for the right side?

yeah, all it is is turning that screw. There is one for each light. High beam and low beam are separate. but i'm not sure what direction you have to turn it. Just try it and find out

I wouldn't recommend that information to anyone, it takes about 10-15 mins with a regular philips to even realize any difference with the adjustments. Even I dont remember exactly the directions you turn it, but its been posted awhile back.

yeah, i tried to adjust them for like 10 minutes and it barely moved. and i didn't know what direction to turn it in the first place. i think i made it worse instead of better. anyone know which direction to turn the screws?

Update on the turning direction. My friend had a little problem with his drivers side headlight aiming too low. He raised the VERTICAL AIM UPWARD on the LEFT side by turning it CLOCKWISE, 15+ turns with the philips screwdriver. AS for the RIGHT side, he didn't make adjustment. Can someone verify the turn direction on the RIGHT side? Is it the same going clockwise or vise versa?

thanks
