Lets start out with what parts I have.
Engine wise I am running a JDM D15b. I purchased a P08 ECU, and with blownhatches conversion harness. I have a OEM Honda 4 wire O2, and a correctly pined (for the new ECU) distributer that came with the D15b.
After I got all the wiring done, I started to the car up. It started just fine but had very erratic idle. So OK I have to time it no big deal. It did have a CEL but I wanted to let the car come up to temp be for checking them. I let the car come up to temperature after playing with the position of the distributer (all the way advanced at this point, I didn't have a timing light), then shut it off.
After a couple of seconds, I checked the codes. The car at this point in time was throwing two codes, one long nine short (code 19 if I am correct), the second was two lond two short (22). So the second code was VTEC oil pressure switch, which I was able to fix NP. Btu the second one was some crap for an automatic tranny. Im not to worried about that part, I will contact the person I got the ECU from if I need to.
The major problem come with how well it runs. It runs like crap. It feels as if the timing of off ALOT, and I cant imagine the fact that it was not timed with a light will make that much of a difference. I have yet to time my OBD0 setup with a light and it runs fine. I played with the position of the distributor, and could never find a place where it was happy, the further I retarded it, the worse it got.
Everything is the same but the 4 wire O2, the distributer, and the ECU.
I am posting this because I ran out of time to diagnose the problem. I am now running my old setup for atleast the next week.

Sounds like you got an automatic ecu. If thats so, i heard it will run like crap. But also, you say your dizzy is all the way advanced? You shoudl definatyl check your timing with a light, are you getting any detonation at all.
But definatly check your ecu, and CHECK YOUR TIMING, you could be off a tooth on your belt.
