Don't do that. Just repin it. I mean it should be fine. You only have to run 2 extra wires for TDC. I just finished a B16A swap. It runs fines. No codes. We had 2 in the begining but after swaping the sensors (IAT, AECV) around very thing was fine. Nice work if I do say so. Now I just have to find a nice plug to wiring up the extra wires ran. I'm done. We Oh back to the Dizzy. My friend wrote done the stock B16 wire batter. He unpinned the connector. Then transferred as man as he could from the stock Dx harness and then all I had to do was run the two extra wires from the ecu directly to the Dizzy which I believe was C1 and C2.

Go to http://www.fourthgenhatch.com and go to the How-To section. Look under the engine swap part and read the ZC and MPFI articles. It has pictures of all the plugs, where they go, and the wire color. Will be the same for going Si.

Click here if pic does not show: http://mediaservice.photoislan...7.jpg
That was the fast idle solenoid on 90-91 models..
On an '88 that is plugged and the solenoid is on the firewall.
If you don't have the wiring for it don't worry about it..
