Default Took out back seat to install kill switch, now it won't go back in right

The part I am talking about is the front-most edge of it where that U shaped metal piece on the seat slides into that plastic piece on the car itself. On the passenger side it locked in snugly but the drivers side I can easily lift it up. Is there a special angle or anything to reinstall it or is something messed up?

Make sure that the metal loop from the seat is aligned properly and PUSH really sharply and hard. It should make a sound as it pops into place. If that is still not working, you can bend the metal loop from the seat a little to align it better. Worst case scenario, the plastic insert that the loop pops into is worn out. Get a new one from a junkyard and see if that doesn't do it. If none of these work, then you're probably fucked. Nah, just kidding. You can work it out, bro. Just be patient.

first insert the u-shape hooks into the slots while holding the rear portion of the bottom seats up. like 45 degrees. then pull and squeeze/slide it under the rod that sticks out in the middle ( rod that the upper portions of the seats fit in).

btw, what gauge speaker wires did you use for your kill switch? and what amp switch?
