a couple weeks ago i got my apexi rs exhaust installed. and i believe i have the notorious heat sheild rattle. the only thing is that it only rattles when the car is cold. once the car warms up then it is fine. should i go ahead and take the heat shield off anyways?

Yeaup, just take it off.

 

take it off only if you're bothered by it... if not, then you it'll give you more reason to warm up your car before driving it.
