1. Which injectors? 320+

2. 6Psi on stock injectors - Walbro 317. Conks out at 85 Psi.

3. 9Psi on Stock injectors - Walbro 342. Will do 100+ Psi no problem.

Might as well get the 342. I originally had the 317 and then got the 342 (any excess pressure gets returned to the tank anyway).

Yep , GSS342 will do the trick. Before I changed all our cars to Stand alone , I have seen those things hold 120+ Psi. They dont like going much past 100 or so.

The Walbro GSS342 is the 255 lph HO (high output) pump. It flows like a *****.

Is it possible to have one that flows TOO MUCH, that it could damage something? and for 9psi, are stock injectors good enough or should i upgrade?

any excess will be returned to the tank. So nope no damage will occour.
Are you using a fmu? If so the stock injectors won't hold up, you'll need at least 310cc injectors.....
Let me rephrase that, the stock injectors will still work, but for how long????? I've seen them sieze up with a 12:1 fmu and 7psi, and they probably won't flow enough fuel

Remember that this is JRSC - on an LS, assuming we are using a Jackson FPR/FMU.

12:1? Yikes.

If so - the stock injectors will work fine. My car has run for the past 2 years at 9psi on stock 235cc units. Not to say that I shouldn't go bigger and drop the pressures though.... over time better for the fuel system..

So - The answer has to do with what kind of fuel management you will use (and be aware that larger than stock injectors and the JR MAP mod don't agree, unless you disconnect the IAT wires).
