i went out to my car tonight after driving a bit and felt the floorboard was soaked... does anyone know where this water could be comming from? my sunroof doesnt seem to be leaking. any ideas? this is really pissing me off

yeah... there's little sealed holes underneath the carpet in the floor pan, you can see them if you get under the car. Look at the jacking points, and then about 4 or 5 inches behind those (towards the center of the car) you'll find the holes. About an inch or 2 in diameter. Caulk em up... it's easy.

I made some myself. I went to Walmart and bought that foam stuff in the crafts departments laid the old one on top traced it cut it out works like a charm. The pieces I got were thinner than the original ones so I just doubled them up they seem to be doing fine I havent noticed any water yet??

So... anybody know how to fix the hatch leak problem?
I've got it bad, and it just makes your day to look back when it's been raining and see water running down onto your nice infinity coax's in the back.
I tried some weather stripping around the hatch, but that didn't seem to help at all.

The real quick answer is, it's either the welds where the hatch mounts to the roof or the roof welds under the black strips that run the length of the roof. They need to be re-sealed with body sealer or equivalent..

HTH.

Yep, this is what stopped my leaking from the hatch struts. Now just to fix the tail light gaskets.

you think thats bad. I just got in my car yesterday morning, started, put it in 1st, let off the clutch and water came out of the dash! from under the vent to the left of the steering wheel. water ran down the fuse box cover and down my leg! MY CAR PEED ON ME!
As for the leaks on the floorboards check all rubber grommets in the firewall and if you cut any holes in your firewall for speaker wires or anything that will need to be sealed up also
