HELP. KONI question

Default HELP. KONI question

so i got brand new shocks like 6 months ago and the other day my left side just drops and is slammed to the ground. i dont know nothing about suspension and i took it to some shop and they said i probably blew a STRUT? is a strut the shock? and how could i blow the brand new koni yellow after 6 months? also if it is blown can i put bak the stock shock?

the clip that goes onto the shock and supports the springs may have broken or came off. check that first.

can u jack up the car and take some pics., maybe we might be able to diognose the problem easier

if it's not seated correctly or it might have just broken. mine have been fine for almost 2 years now. from what your describing it sounds like something came loose, because you literally have to punish those shocks to blow one, unless it's is an actual defect, which i doubt.
