Letting my car rest for the winter...
I am letting my ITR rest for the winter... are there any precuations to take when letting it sit for so long? It will be sitting in a covered building, that will get cold, it snows sometimes and rains alot around here, so i am worried about condinsation...tell me what i should worrie about and what i can do to make sure everything will be ok...

Well 1st put the car up in the air, good jack stands. this lets the shocks and spring ,tire relax,
2nd put cheaper grade of gas in it, high grade goes bad quicker,(2-3 weeks)vs. (2-3 months),
3 rd get a battery tender, storage top charge on battery.
i would get a something in there also to keep the mice and stuff out too.
jet skis have a chemical pellet that in used inside the hull to kill and moisture, i would look into that.
and yeah run it every now and then, if its going to longer then 6 month i say shoot a few drops of oil down the spark plug holes.
i have one of my ducati 748's next to my t.v. for the last few years. 57 miles on the clocks, 1997 748 sps , it sits a lot,but i know i can fire it up in less then 5 min, at anytime with out ever having a problem
