Default Best Big Bore Trottle Body

What big bore throttle bodies is everyone using?

Ericks Racing ?
STR ?
RPM Services ?

They all offer simlar sizes and the designs look close.Which has the best quality, and works well?

I dont want to get one with a throttle plate that sticks or has any problems.

I have an Erick's 68-66mm one and it works well. The only complaint is how stiff my throttle pedal is now. Anyone know how to make it less stiff?

I believe that is from the spring on the TB.

I might be wrong but i believe all the throttle bodies you have listed are made by the same person. If not they sure do all look alike. So it would just a prefrence thing??????

Mark, does the TB stick on opening or is it through its entire movement?

I run A JG TB, It's a overbored OEM unit...looks like stock and has worked very well with my 1.8 putting out over 200whp.

I got a holley 68mm, looks and feels great...................whatever you do get it port-matched to your manifold. In the beginning your throttle might stick and drive funny but that goes away after a few hundred miles. good luck.........btw rpm throttles suck.

It's stiff through the entire movement.
