is there any down side to runnin a ZC ecu on my CRX SI?

Default is there any down side to runnin a ZC ecu on my CRX SI?

it seems to run good .. higher redline.. is there any bad stuff that can happen?

if it is a PM7, it has a speed cut-off at about 110mph

No it doesnt but actually I think the cut off is at 100mph not 110mph for the ZC ecu.

You mean speedo?
And above is correct USDM ECU's don't have a speed limiter, ONLY JDM ECU's do, but you can get re-programmed off I believe.

I don't know honestly, I've never seen one, I'm all about USDM.
Try --- 'JDM ECU' search in archived topics.

Well and the fact that if it is a PM7 ecu there is no usdm PM7 the only comparable one would be the integ ecu which would be the PG7. So thats how you can tell read the side of it and see if it does infact say PM7.
