Default torque specs

need to know torque specs from helms, 90 up integra preferably 94 and up. b18b, main cap torque and sequence and cam cap torque and sequence for vtec head. thanks

For the mains, start from the inside and work out... The first step I do is 22 ft/lbs., the second is 56 ft/lbs.

It will look something like this...

9 5 1 3 7
10 6 2 4 8 <---- Sorry for the shitty quality

And lastly on the cam caps... The 8mm bolts (ones with the 12mm head) will be torqued to 19 ft/lbs. and 8 ft/lbs. for the 6mm (10mm head) bolts on the end caps...

The sequence is very much the same tho I do IN and EX at the same time...

IN
25 17 9 1 5 13 21
26 18 10 2 6 14 22

EX
27 19 11 3 7 15 23
28 20 12 4 8 16 24

(in italics you'll see the 6mm bolts)
