Which code are you looking for exaclty. There isn't a 81, 82, or 83 code. But here is what I found:

Code 90 - Evaporative Emission Control System leak in fuel tank area.
Code 8 - TDC sensor defective circuit or unplugged.
Code 9 - CYP sensor defective circuit or unplugged.

Hope this helps.

well..
the lights blink 8 long and 1 short. then 8 long, 2 short.. etc...
I thought it is an 81,82,83
There's no such thing is 81,82,83?? hm... then what CEL do I get?
I reset the ECU, so the light is gone..
hm..... wondering now...

I'll update this tomorrow if the CEL comes up again.

After resetting the ECU, filling the gas to full, for a day the CEL is gone.
This morning, it came back.
It blinks 8 long, so I guess it's Code 8 - TDC sensor defective circuit or unplugged..
How can I fix this?

anyone?

Note: I stopped by the dealer, but even to see the CEL code, I need to wait until next Monday..

If it blinks 8 long then its 80. EGR insufficient flow detected.

EGR = exhaust gas recirculation system. Make sure it is code 80 because you don't want to be fixing a problem that isn't there. Does it blink 8 long and thats all? Youre going to need a voltmeter.

To check for battery voltage from the EGR connector.

Ok..
I re-check the CEL..
it's 80...(or is there a 71 Code)?
but I am pretty sure it's 80... I stared too long counting, maybe my head crapped out... so it looks like 7 Long and 1 Short..
but, what Do I do now with the VoltMeter?

ok..
I brought my friend to count, the last blink is short, so it is 7-1 not 8.
Misfiring in cylinder 1? that's probably right since the engine seemed to shake badly when I first started the engine this morning..
The CEL started a couple seconds after I start the engine..
I think I even see the door shake up and down hard..
