Default GSR block better with B18c head or B16 head?

i'm in the market for a gsr block and i already have a b16 head. would the gsr block be better with the gsr head or si head?

gsr head.
pentroof style chambers.
more compression.
just port and polish it.

i already have a b16 head though. don't really want to sell it but would the GSR head make that much of a difference?

your going to have lower compression with the b16 head compared to gsr head...you have to up the compression i.e. pistons head gasket
