Default M&H street slicks

M&H sells a 235/60/15 dot street slick and I was curious if it would be too big. I know the width might not be to big, but the height might rub the fender. Any one know or have any experiece with something this size? BTW these are for a 400+hp integra.

Just test fit them if they rub the fender raise the car up a little I had 215/55/15's on my car before i got rid of them and my car is freakin dumped i mean can't put a ciggerette pack on its side under the car so i think you should be ok 60's arn't that much bigger than 55's.

also what width wheel are you running?

each sidewall is .45" taller on the 235/60/15 (2.775" each) versus the 215/55/15 (2.325")
that's a noticable difference.

m&h's site (www.intercotire.com) says you can run the 235/60/15 on a 6.5" wide wheel.
the huge sidewall allows you to run a narrower wheel.
7" wheel will give you a slightly bigger contact patch.

25.4 diameter will fit no problem on an integra, civic, or hatch(92 and up) with coilovers. on a 15" rim that is one hell of a sidewall and if they are sticky, they would make an AWSOME street race tire for imports.........not that i would condone that type of behavior . way to go m&h.

What do you think about this one (jinxproof99) It's called the DOT P205/60-13 and this is a new Tiger coming to us.

Tread Width = 7.5"
Section Width = 8.8
Dia. = 22.8
Cir. = 71.6
Rim Size. = 6.0"

This is a Bia's ply type, and it will bite harder then the radial.

Thanks for listening John@M&H

Go to mandhtires.com and go to racing tires and click on the dot and check out the P235/60-15 they told me It's going to be that tread pattern. John@M&H

John,
Can't wait for those 13's to come out. Just curious what type of mileage to expect out of those? Or is that a race tire, that happens to be DOT approved?

I think a 14" tire in a 235/60 would be kind of cool.

Hi (no2psi) now that is a good Question, If you run the M&H Dot for a daily driver now you take it this is a M&H Racing Compound, you will only get 4-5000 miles out of them, but if you only use them to go to the drags and back home they can go 3 to 4 years as long as you take care them. Now how do you do that you ask, just like anyother racing tire, keep the out of the direct sun light, keep them out of the cold, take them back off the race car when not in use and cover them up.

Thank You for listening Dave. John@M&H
