1998 accord V6 timing Mark
I was wondering if any of you guy have the correct timing marks for 1998 honda accord V6, possible a diagram of the correct positioning for the timing belt.
thanks
thanks
crank pulley has an arrow on it that is in the up position and lines up with the mark on block, the cams should be with the no. 1 on both cams in up position and line marks on cams with marks on head
Did you already take the belt off?
It's hard to get a good angle on the timing mark on the rear cam. I paint timing marks on the cams pulleys, crank pulley and the old belt. I'll transfer the marks I painted on the old belt to the new belt (count the ribs ). It's fool-proof.
